ABOUT US

Golden-Connections started in 2009 when all television stations were required to broadcast in the digital format. Though many seniors did not use computers for example, most had televisions. This caused some to need help adapting to the new technologies and Golden-Connections was formed!

Since then, we have expanded our mission to assist senior citizens with all their digital technology needs. Along the way we partnered with STEEPLE COMPUTER SERVICES (hereafter SCS) and in time became their "volunteer associates". Because our focus is on the "end user", SCS is vital as our technical advisor allowing us to offer relevant information for common questions and expert opinions on products and services best suited for older adults. This information is especially helpful should they need to seek services not specifically offered by SCS.
